When he became a Real Estate agent with Coldwell Banker I asked him to help me sell my four condominiums in Las Vegas as they were in an economically depressed area and were no longer profitable. To my pleasant surprise, Steve, through his connections with a Las Vegas Realtor got all the condominiums sold quickly and efficiently. I highly appreciated the way Steve monitored the situation in Las Vegas from finding a buyer, negotiating a good price, through escrow closing and money transferred. Through conversations with fellow owners, another friend contacted Realtor Steve Bawa to sell his ten units in the same apartment complex. However, this transaction was much more complex and required great diligence and patience from the agents.
