My husband and I are not wealthy in our pockets, but in our minds we knew we could find our perfect space. My husband could not go to every location because he was working. I had to trust Kevin to get what we both wanted without us both being there. He walked with me, talked with me and assured me that we could find a great place for a good deal at the price that we could afford. We all stayed positive. Kept looking and I mean we looked and I saw parts of the City that I would have never explored without him. He never gave up, even when we did. We found a great place, in a great area with great neighbors. He is the best and goes far beyond what he has to. We love him and would refer him without hesitation.

He also appears to have good relationships with other relators, which is helpful when negotiating and while in escrow. All of my past transactions have gone through very smoothly and I think much of that has to do with Kevin’s attention to detail and dedication to his clients.
